We made your carrier to last through the baby years, the toddler years, and every sibling after that. So we stand behind it for as long as you own it.
What's covered
If your carrier breaks or is damaged — a buckle, a strap, a seam, the fabric, anything — we will repair it or replace it. There is no time limit. It doesn't matter if it happens in the first month or the fifth year.
What's not covered
Lost carriers are not covered by this warranty. We can't replace a carrier we can't see — the warranty applies to the carrier you have in hand.
How to make a claim
Email us at Hello@rouubaby.com with:
- Your name and order number (or where and roughly when you bought your carrier)
- A photo of the damage
We'll take it from there. We're a small family-run business, so a real person reads every email — most claims are sorted within a few business days.
This warranty applies to Rouu Baby carriers purchased from rouubaby.ca or an authorized Rouu Baby retailer, and is in addition to your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.
